Целительные свойства меда известны давно и использовались для целебного медового массажа еще в древнем Тибете. Медовый массаж относится к разновидности рефлексотерапии. Это изумительное сочетание лечебного действия пчелиного меда и массажа.

Является великолепным средством поддержания отличной формы в условиях всевозможных перегрузок и стрессов, потрясающе снимает усталость и наполняет лёгкостью, свежестью, придавая ощущение полёта. Целью его является очистка энергетических каналов, помощь при заболеваниях позвоночника, дискомфорте в суставах, энергетическая подпитка как физических органов, так и тонких тел. У человека возрастает активность, жизнерадостность, физическая легкость, проходят болезненные ощущения.

Медовый массаж при простуде, кашле, радикулите не только очень эффективен, а просто незаменим. Кроме того, медовый массаж может быть использован в рамках антицеллюлитной программы. Резкое улучшение кровообращения в глубоких слоях кожи и подлежащих мышцах способствует улучшению питания внутренних органах и тканей. Мед, отдавая биологически активные вещества, адсорбирует токсины и способствует быстрому выведению их из организма. Такой массаж проводится для увеличения лимфотока и чистки кожи. Кожа после применения медового массажа становится шелковистой, упругой и разглаживаются подкожные уплотнения, улучшается общее состояние организма.

Доп.информация:

Для массажа необходим мед - натуральный цветочный, липовый или любой другой, без добавок и обязательно не засахарившийся. В качестве дополнения в мед можно вводить ароматические масла: лимонное, апельсиновое, мандариновое, грейпфрутовое масло можжевельника, эвкалипта, лаванды, петит-грейна. Расчет - 1 чайная ложка меда - 5 капель масла или смеси масел.

А делают его так (приводится пример массажа спины). Целитель (массажист) готовится к сеансу целительного воздействия психологически и физически. Пациент укладывается на живот. Производится разогрев кожи и мышц спины пациента с помощью общеизвестных приемов массажа, а также тело "прогревается" энергетически с помощью наложения рук или бесконтактного массажа. При правильном настрое на исцеление руки массажиста становятся горячими. Намазывают массируемое место медом (слой не очень толстый, но достаточный) и начинают обеими ладонями давить на тело и отрывать руки от кожи. При этом ладони присасываются - будто-то Вам ставят медицинские банки. Чем сильнее надавливание рук и резче их отрыв, тем больший эффект. Ладонь накладывается на тело и затем резко отрывается от кожи пациента, как бы вытягивая грязь. Через некоторое время на коже пациента появится некая густая, вязкая серая масса - это шлаки. Поверхностный слой становится вязким, липким. Сосуды при этом расширяются, кожа краснеет, разогревается, мед всасывается в кожу, неся организму исцеление. Массажист должен регулярно вытирать руки полотенцем, с тем чтобы снять прилипшую к пальцам "грязь". Постепенно вся "грязь" перейдет на полотенце, руки перестанут прилипать к телу. Пациент ощущает дискомфорт, болезненность кожи. Это сигнал для окончания массажа.

Массажисту важно не переусердствовать, иначе можно вызвать кровоподтеки на коже, не причинять ему излишние болевые ситуации, не работать долго на одном месте спины, спрашивать пациента об его ощущениях. Затем намочить махровое полотенце в горячей воде, положить на спину пациента 0,5-1 минуту, процедуру повторить 2-3 раза. Поле этого в область спины втирается 15-20 мл пихтового масла, сверху прикрывается теплым, толстым полотенцем на 10 минут. Больной блаженствует, ему тепло и приятно.

Медовый массаж - процедура болезненная, поэтому очень нежную, чувствительную кожу можно массировать не ладонью, а пальцами и даже подушечками пальцев. Эффект, конечно, будет слабее. Зато не так больно. Медовый тибетский массаж рекомендуется проводить в течение десяти дней, затем перерыв десять дней. Затем курс лечения можно повторить.

Les dinosaures règnent encore sur Terre; leur peuple est dominé par les Tyrannosaures, qui prélèvent leur tribut sur les espèces végétariennes, Hadrosaures et autres Cératopsiens. Mais l'environnement change autour d'eux: dans les forêts, les conifères sont peu à peu remplacés par les plantes à fleurs, qui nouent des relations de symbiose avec les insectes pollinisateurs ; l'on voit apparaître de nouvelles espèces d'oiseaux et même de reptiles (comme les serpents). Les mammifères sont toujours de petite taille; parmi ceux-ci, le Didelphodon est un marsupial opportuniste, de la taille d'un petit chien, qui pille fréquemment les couvées de dinosaures, même des plus féroces espèces. Et surtout, une intense activité volcanique projette des cendres et gaz toxiques, qui affectent l'ensemble des êtres vivants; les dinosaures en souffrent particulièrement, du fait de la raréfaction de la nourriture, et de l'empoisonnement par les gaz (qui touche largement les œufs).

Enfin, des météorites traversent l'orbite de la Terre; une d'entre elles, aux dimensions gigantesques (15 kilomètres de diamètre) s'y écrase [creusant le cratère de Chicxulub au Mexique). Mais le climat tempéré froid, avec de longs hivers enneigés, et plus encore une nuit polaire longue de plusieurs mois, n'autorise que la présence d'espèces adaptées. Certains animaux migrent vers les terres de l'Australie et de l'Amérique du Sud (à l'époque reliées à l'Antarctique) pendant la mauvaise saison. D'autres restent toute l'année, passant l'hiver à l'état léthargique ou même actif. Parmi eux, l'on trouve des représentants de lignées archaïques en voie d'extinction, évincées des terres plus chaudes par d'autres espèces, et qui ont trouvé un ultime refuge dans ces régions reculées.

D'autres espèces sont plus dynamiques et se sont spécifiquement adaptées à la vie dans les pôles. Les petits, rapides et intelligents Leaellynasaura sont de ceux-ci; l'épisode suit la vie d'un groupe familial de cette espèce, tout au long d'une année. L'été est la saison faste : les Leaellynasaura trouvent une abondante nourriture et peuvent élever leurs petits, même s'ils rencontrent de nombreux prédateurs. En hiver, le froid et la rareté de la nourriture disponible n'empêche pas leur activité : des yeux surdimensionnés leur permettent une vision nocturne.

Cet épisode retrace le périple d'un vieux mâle d' Ornithocheirus, ptérosaure géant de 15 mètres d'envergure, depuis les côtes de l'actuel Brésil jusqu'à l'Europe, au-dessus de l'Océan Atlantique en formation. Il rencontrera au fil de son voyage la faune de trois continents.

D'abord les autres espèces de ptérosaures, comme le Tapejara du Brésil et d'autres, sur lesquelles il est montré comme ayant un comportement parasite (à la manière des Labbes de notre époque). Il rencontrera aussi de nombreux dinosaures; plusieurs espèces (Iguanodon, Polacanthus et Utahraptor) sont également présentes en Amérique du Nord et en Europe. Enfin, sur ce dernier continent, il sera attaqué par une volée d'oiseaux, qui apprécient peu son intrusion dans le lieu où ils ont construit leurs nids; ces êtres, encore de bien petite taille, seront les futurs maîtres des airs.

A son arrivée sur le site de reproduction en Espagne, une mauvaise surprise l'attend: d'autres mâles plus jeunes ont investi son territoire de parade, et il est relégué en marge, là où il ne peut attirer aucune femelle. Epuisé, il meurt sur la plage quelques jours plus tard, sa dépouille est mangée par un jeune de sa propre espèce.
